The rooms and lounges were clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The hostel's location was also fantastic, with the Arc De Triomf metro station just a short walk away. Additionally, the staff and owners were incredibly kind and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Arc House.

Staff was helpful and friendly, providing transportation information and accommodating late arrivals. the availability of computers and TVs in the common area was a nice bonus.

Some cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, with flooding and mold in certain areas. the heating in the rooms and common areas was insufficient, leading to a cold and drafty environment.

Felt very secure, nothing to complain about

The double room was incredibly spacious and even had a kitchen with an oven, which was a huge bonus. The staff were friendly and always there to help with anything we needed. The common room was large and provided a great space to socialize with other travelers or just relax on your own. The three shower rooms and ample toilets meant I never had to wait to use the facilities. And let's not forget the comfortable bed - a rarity in hostels! The location was also perfect, close to the city center.
